Patrick Removals (Pty) Ltd is a Female Black Owned Company.

Our Holding Company is the PGSI Investment Holdings group, which is a Black Female Equity Empowered Group.

We demand cast iron integrity in all our operations, displaying moral strength, a commitment to empowerment and behaviour that promote trust.

Patrick Removals has an internal- economic empowerment programme in place. Our specific goal is the development of black human resources with the intention to offer skills development and upliftment to historically disadvantage individuals, and we reach this in the following methods:

Social Upliftment

Assisting in tertiary and other advanced training programmes for our work force.

Bursary loans granted to black staff members children in obtaining tertiary qualifications.

Training to unskilled labour force to a level of competency as to obtain a skilled qualification in the areas of qualified packers, porters and loaders as defined by the regulations as described in the National Bargaining Council for Road Transfreight Industry.

External training by competent certified (TETA) companies to our staff in different operational categories as required by our company. They receive certificates of competency in their different related areas of work which they can use, should they have a desire to leave the company.

Upliftment through training two of our own drivers to become two self functioning black owned business units, within a 5 year period, namely Makua International Transport and City to City World-wide Removals. This programme is based on educating them in all the different areas of business, with hands on experience, and with all the relevant documents and statutory regulations, to be able to comply as an independent transport company/cc at the end of the 5-year period.
